Practicing Freestyle BMX Park in a Free Online Skatepark
No Comments
In recent years skateparks have been widely used by skateboarders, inline skaters and riders of freestyle BMX. Freestyle BMX riding styles will vary depending on the overall design of the park and kind of obstacles included. They are commonly made of wood, concrete or metal. Wood tends to be more popular because of several reasons, they are cheaper to make, easier to handle, more flexible and would probably result less painful in the event of a fall as opposed to perhaps concrete. However, skateparks made of concrete have become increasingly popular due to their lasting nature.
A concrete skatepark can end up lasting decades with little or no maintenance, while a wood park will require costly and constant attention. It also common to see combinations in park design which will include water puddles, or a mix of the materials together in order to create an alternative experience. But a new kind of park has shown up aiming to entertain the thousands of freestyle BMX fans, and best of all they are completely free. These skateparks where freestyle BMX fans can enjoy the sport for free are virtual, and can be found online with your favorite web browser.
Just like in the real world, online BMX game applications exists in which the player can engage in this Freestyle discipline and experience all the aspects of the sport. When you first engage in one of these games you will need to configure a number of options, like the design of your bike, the riders appearance, the type of park you’ll be riding in and the level of difficulty. Once selected, it is on the game in a virtual skatepark just like the ones you would see on the X Games in ESPN. The BMX game BMX Park is a good example of an online BMX game which takes place in a wooden ramp, following all the characteristics of the Park discipline. The player would control the rider by means of keyboard keys designated for movement, and also for performing stunts. Points are awarded for the number of stunts performed within the given time frame. This online BMX game is not among the easiest games in the web, but it does offer one of the most complete gaming packages related to the freestyle park discipline.
Other free BMX game titles like Backflips and Alex Trax, are also complete entertainment packages with their unique set of features, but are more cartoonish and aimed at a younger crowd. BMX games online like BMX Park are completely free to play for as long as you want, and won’t hurt at all when you fall. Perhaps bmx games are not able to provide all the thrills of a real backflip, but never the less they remain an excellent choice for novice riders and fans alike who just wish to have a taste of the real thing.
